Thanks for the logs. I see clearly what is happening now.

The master is responsible for populating the autopromote_uuid field. In your case, HA is disabled so the master is skipping the part of code that sets autopromote_uuid.

Enabling HA for a minute or so should resolve the issue. We'll also provide an update that changes the logic so that autopromote_uuid gets set even if HA is disabled for the pool which would prevent this from happening again.

My HA is disabled.... I honestly dont remember doing that!

Will turn it back on now and re-enabled the mail alerts regarding autopromite_uuid and see if its fixed.
