ISCSI LOGIN FAILED, VERIFY CHAP CREDENCIALS 6 years 7 months ago #1418

I created a pool with halizard_nosan_installer_1.4.7 by following the steps in the ha-lizard documentation.

Apparently everything is fine, but when creating an iscsi storage, the message ISCSI LOGIN FAILED, VERIFY CHAP CREDENTIALS appears.

I noticed that the /etc/tgt/targets.conf file was not created.
Then I created it as follows:

############### BEGIN HALIZARD INSERTION ###############
<target iqn.2015.com.halizard: noSAN>
backing-store / dev / drbd1
lun 10
</ target>
############### END HALIZARD INSERTION ###############

But the problem persists. As if there were no iscsi targets.

Can someone help me?

a detail

when I target manually on xen01 (primary) with the tgtadm command, I can map it quietly.

This indicates that tgtd is not reading /etc/tgt/targets.conf at startup

any tips?

Commands:
tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode target --op new --tid=1 --targetname iqn.2017-02.com.example:for.all

tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode logicalunit --op new --tid 1 --lun 10 -b /dev/drbd1

tgtadm --lld iscsi --mode target --op bind --tid 1 -I 10.10.10.0/24

has this been resolved? it looks like you are using an installer for xenserver 6.x. what version of xenserver are you running? if 7.x, you should be using a later version of the installer script
