"If installing a 2-node pool with local storage, you just need the noSAN installer which will take care of the rest."

i used ./halizard_nosan_installer_2.1.0

noSAN installer: halizard.org/release/xenserver-7.x/noSAN...osan_installer_2.1.0

i will download and try to install it. As soon as i install it , i will try to reply what are the results ...

just a quick question as we run HA-Lizard version 1.8.9 and iSCSI-HA 1.5.7 in production environment on XenServer 6.5SP1

Should we upgrade to the new versions and if yes, simply untar and run the installer? We do not intend to go now for XenServer 7.

Yes. In addition to running the installer on top of your existing installation, copy the contents of /scripts/init/ from the tarball and place in /etc/init.d/ since new init scripts have been created. We'll update the installers this week so that this won't be necessary in the future.

Ok, I will wait until my next maintenance slot end of this month, as we are running 24h 7/7 production.

should be running the installer in both servers.. any specific order or is indiferent?

The vm's should be stopped or can be everything run?
Any service must be stopped?
