Have an update for you... (just tested on virtual lab with xcp-ng

It works but only when the VM has a network interface. Seems like a bug with xcp-ng, not sure how xenserver handles this case tho (VM with no NICs).
For my testing I did not bother with creating network interface and that's why it was failing.

Now just added a dummy NIC2 (NIC0 was mgmt, NIC1 replication) and assigned that to VM and then it migrates nicely.

Pity to have lost 2 days on this.. I will see if I can get some feedback from xcp-ng guys on this.
Have no time to test how xenserver handles this case. Feel free to do so.

Nice catch. I have replicated the issue also.

My guess is that this is an issue with the recently re-written emu-manager
