I also first thought this was due to HA-Lizard as my first run of it was on a 7.2.0 pool with all updates installed.

Take a look at the script (JIRA) and the systemd service unit-file (Citrix forum thread - Salvatore linked above). The issue is related to the iSCSI-LVM SR PBDs, so naturally it';s going to manifest itself with HA-LIZARD/ISCSI-HA.

Salvatore, I've only run HA-Lizard through some early trials, and i have to say I'm very impressed and pleased to use it! Thank you for this great tool. It's so good to see tools instead of toys .
