Hi,
folloqing the original idea of a 2 node pool based on xen with ha-lizard nosan iscsi feature in place our partner suggested, for costs reasons, to distiguish the storage in at least 2 or 3 pool:
One poll for the OS (the disks in this case do not need to be faster than 10k)
One pool made with very fast units to assure high write ratio
One pool (the largest one) with near line disks (SAS 7.2k or sata) for archiving purpose

I'm wondering if the nosan installer script can be launched in order to take in account 3 different storages and put them in sync or if I do have to manually create a different config-initialitazion for it.

I hope to have explained properly my need.

Hi Giorgio,
I missed this post from earlier this month.
In answer to your question, we do not have any plans to alter the installer script to handle more than one SR at the moment.

There are a number of posts on this forum with detailed information on how to add additional SRs after the initial installation which should address the scenario you described.
