Dear All,

I would like to know, is ha-lizard can support external san storage?
My current test, consist of 2 servers as the xen hosts and san storage for the VMs running. I dont use iscsi-ha.

is it possible to build Xenserver HA+HAlizard with current environment?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Yes - all you need is HA-Lizard (don't install iscsi-ha or use the noSAN installer).

Hi Salvatore,

Thank you for your reply.
You said dont use iscsi-ha or use noSAN installer.

I have checked that noSAN installer is not for shared storage. cmiiw
Checked also the video on youtube, it is using local storage as the datastore

Would you share documentation or url that mention halizard using san storage as a datastore.
and is the latest version of halizard support xenserver 7?

HA-Lizard documentation is available here:
halizard.com/images/pdf/HA-Lizard_1.8.9.pdf

HA-Lizard, by itself, is a replacement HA framework for XenServer. It is transparent to storage repository type, so, in your case external SAN is fine.
